Who we are
This website is operated by Kwas’samak LLC (“we”, “us”). Kwas’samak is developing liquid garden fertilizers made from Whole Salmon. We are not selling products on this site at this time.

What we collect
When you sign up to be notified, we collect:
- your email address
- your state or province
- the product you’re interested in
- your consent to receive emails from us
When you visit the site, we and our service providers also collect some information automatically. This includes the pages you view, the link or ad that brought you here, your browser and device type, your approximate location (based on IP address), and cookie or similar identifiers.
How we use it
- To email you when our products are available in your area, and to send occasional updates you’ve agreed to receive.
- To understand which products and regions people are most interested in, so we can plan where to launch.
- To measure how well our ads and posts perform.
We don’t sell your personal information.
Meta pixel and advertising measurement
This site uses the Meta pixel and Meta’s Conversions API, which are tools from Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook and Instagram). They tell us when someone who saw or clicked our ad visits a page or signs up. That lets us measure our ads and show them to people likely to be interested.
To do this, information about your visit and sign-up is shared with Meta. That can include your email address and location, which are encoded (hashed) before they’re sent. Meta may use this information as described in its Privacy Policy.
You can manage how Meta uses information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings. You can also limit tracking through our cookie banner (where shown) or your browser settings.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run this site and our emails, and only for those purposes:
- Shopify, which hosts the site and stores sign-ups
- Google, as email provider
- Meta, for ad measurement as described above
We may also disclose information if required by law.
Where it’s stored
Our service providers may store and process your information in Canada, the United States or other countries. When it’s stored outside your home country, it may be accessible to authorities there under local law.
How long we keep it
We keep your sign-up information until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until we no longer need it for the purposes above.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
- Access, correct or delete your information by emailing [email address]. We’ll respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local privacy law. This includes Canada’s PIPEDA, provincial laws such as BC’s PIPA, and US state laws such as California’s. You may also have the right to complain to your local privacy regulator.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
